The Position
* Managing a clean portfolio in the Southern Suburbs
* Reporting to a highly experienced General Manager who will support your growth and success
* The portfolio also has leasing support and a strong team assisting with tenant enquiries.
* VA's assisting with documentations - allowing you to focus on relationship building.
The Criteria
* Previous experience in property management with your own portfolio, or an Assistant ready to step up with a great attitude.
* Current PM Registration or working towards
* Current driver's license
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and care factor
* A desire to learn and develop your career
Benefits
* Up to $85,000 + Super + iPhone depending on experience
