Having built a strong national presence, we are now transitioning from start-up into scale-up.We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead who is ambitious, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to work closely with the founder as we enter our next stage of growth.About the roleAs the Growth & Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for growing Medibytes Legal's reach locally and across Australia through new client relationships, ongoing partnerships, and external representation.You will be contributing to growth initiatives, national expansion, innovation initiatives, and emerging technology in the medico-legal space.For the right person, this role offers a pathway to opportunities to grow into broader leadership roles as the business scales.What we are looking forWe're looking for a driven individual who enjoys a challenge, takes initiative, and is ready to get things done.

Curiosity, ownership, and follow-through are what count most.Previous medico-legal industry experience is highly valued but not essential - attitude, work ethic, and a genuine drive to learn are far more important.A personal injury lawyer looking to step away from running matters would also be well suited to this role, as would someone with previous Medico-legal industry experience, insurance, claims, or related professional services backgrounds.This role will suit someone who:Is comfortable wearing multiple hats and quickly adapting as priorities shiftGets energy from building relationships and making things happenIs comfortable in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the sameBrings a positive, easy-going attitude and enjoys working closely with othersCares about culture and contributes to a supportive, collaborative workplace - this is very important to us.Is curious about innovation and open to learning new ways of doing thingsWants to grow personally and professionally alongside a business that's evolvingKey responsibilitiesYou'll spend your time:Actively growing our client base by winning new referrers and strengthening existing relationships, both locally and across AustraliaLeading the recruitment of Psychiatrists to support the continued growth of our specialist panel.Working closely with our administrative team, providing support and helping improve processes as the business growsBeing prepared to step into leadership roles and take ownership as the business grows.Being involved in future recruitment and helping build the right team over timeRepresenting Medibytes Legal at events, conferences, and industry functionsThis is a hands-on role with plenty of variety that will evolve as the business continues to scale.What is on offerBase salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + Super (Based on experience)Short Term Incentive (bonus) per FY: up to 15% ($22,500) + SuperDirect access to the founder and meaningful involvement in decision-makingOpportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibilities over timeA friendly, inclusive workplace with a genuinely great team cultureFront row seat to scaling a businessPart of industry leading innovationNational and international travel opportunities
