This role is based in our Wagga business centre, Albury, Australia.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Relationship Executives to understand customers' needs through research, analysis, and knowledge of the Group's products.Conduct financial modelling and analysis using market-leading tools to assess risks and opportunities in lending and customers' credit.Maintain and analyse customers and industry data to recommend proactive solutions.Maintain relationships with business partners and advise the Relationship Executive of any customer issues.What we're looking forExperience with financial statements and confidence working on complex credit deals.Solid exposure to a banking environment with an analytical and curious mindset.Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow.Passionate about supporting the growth of regional communities and businesses.Committed to delivering for customers and helping them achieve their goals.Aspiring to develop into business banking; growth mindset.Qualifications in Business/Finance or related field.Additional notes: This is a 12-month secondment/contract to October 2026.
