About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to a large portfolio of clients via email and phone.
1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
2. Support Internal and External Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and provide ongoing support to stakeholders.
