Position: Brand Manager - ANZ (Maternity Leave Cover)

General Summary of Position
The Brand Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) is responsible for managing all facets of the SKYN & LifeStyles brands within the ANZ Region. This includes portfolio management, NPD launches, go-to-market priorities across 4Ps, communication development & planning.
Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities
* Managing all aspects of the LifeStyles and SKYN brands from initial development of product and brand plans through to communication strategies and execution to drive awareness, sales, market share, and engage our consumers.
* Managing various brand building ATL activities such as integrated media campaigns. Conducting measurement and reporting of marketing campaign performance incl. ROI.
* Managing the product development process (EPD & NPD) including managing project timelines with local and overseas production and packaging teams.
* Liaising with external agencies (design, digital, media,.) in the creation of briefs right through to post campaign analysis.
* Contributing to the management of the A&P with the support of the Head of Marketing & wider team.
* Manage all aspects of trade marketing incl. point of sale, product listings and documentation. Develop, source and manage trade point of sale to meet the needs of the sales team and retailers.
* Managing the CSR activities for the brand (working with Family Planning Australian, teach us Consent & Education Channels)
* Supporting content for retailer strategy meetings on a 6-monthly basis (Major customers include Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse)
* Liaising with ANZ sales team to communicate marketing plans, and assist with product and deal sheets, BTL activity, planogram layouts, and other adhoc requests;
Key Position Requirements
* Project management: able to work independently by following internal processes and reporting guidelines.
* Product & Portfolio Management: Having experience in managing a wide portfolio & planning the NPD pipeline.
* Campaign Management: Having experience in working with consumer campaigns across the Australian landscape (digital is a must).
* Interpersonal skills: effectively communicate and build strong relationships with team members.
* Attention to Detail: monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently.
* Creativity: coming up with new and innovative ideas, solution oriented.
* Analytical skills: interpret data and consumer trends to determine the best course of action.
* Finance/budget management: maintain marketing and advertising budgets.
* Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication, being adaptable to the needs of the audience.
Job Experience
* Must have previous experience working as an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager within the Australian FMCG sector.
* Experience with IRI database would be preferable.
* Experience in working with grocery & pharmacy channels.
* Be driven and passionate about brand marketing.
* Exposure to the full marketing mix is essential incl. briefing agencies.
Education
* Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or business-related studies.
* Ability to travel (within Australia)
* Must be an Australian resident and be able to work in Australia
