* Manage client relationships, budgets, and production workflows to ensure projects are on time and on brief.
* Implement and refine systems and workflows using tools like Notion, Meltwater, Slack, and Google Drive .
* Analyse content performance and use data-driven insights to enhance future strategies.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience producing social and digital content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube .
* Deep understanding of social storytelling, platform best practices, and audience engagement.
* Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams .
* Confidence managing budgets, timelines, and creative workflows.
* Proficiency in tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Meltwater, and social analytics platforms.
