Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.As the Head of Partnerships, you will be part of the senior leadership team in the Personal Everyday Banking team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond ToGrow the NAB Goodies proposition that forms a key pillar of NABs loyalty strategyDevelop the Goodies partnership strategy and supporting roadmap to ensure strong partner brands in all key consumer spend categoriesNegotiate commercial partnership agreements with partners across all identified consumer spend categories, ensuring a market leading offers program which supports both Personal Everyday Banking acquisition and retentionDevelop robustperformance tracking to ensure a strong ROI for all partner offersSupport offers design to ensure a strong customer experience and ensure operational controls to manage riskDrive a customer-obsessed culture, developing partnerships that delight key target segments eg mass affluentWe’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:In-depth experience working in a similar senior leadership role in Partnerships, Strategy, Product development in Financial Services or a related fieldTrack record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex businessTrack record of leading partner negotiationExperience developing, articulating and implementing business strategy that achieve intended outcomes measured through shareholder, customer, and employee valueSophisticated influencing skills and ability to influence and shape outcomes at an executive levelWell-developed leadership skills and experience managing high performing teamsA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
