Our team works across national campaigns, multi-brand marketing, and high-volume content production including cinema adverts, billboards and television commercials.

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer who thrives on variety from web layouts and campaign creative to social assets and motion support.
You'll join a fast-paced national marketing team that produces websites, campaigns and branded content for multiple brands across Australia.
This role is perfect for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with digital first thinking and who enjoys collaborating with content creators, editors and strategists to bring ideas to life.
Brand & Digital Design
Develop on-brand assets for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
Design ads, banners, EDMs, and creative for multi-channel marketing
Maintain consistency across typography, colour, and layout systems
Translate creative briefs into modern, high-impact visual design
Content & Motion Collaboration
Work closely with video editors and social teams to supply layered assets, overlays, templates, and motion-ready elements
Support short form content creation with adaptable, social-friendly design
Build scalable design systems that make content creation fast and flexible
Campaign & Production Support
Design campaign assets for launches, partnerships, and social activation
Manage multiple design requests with accuracy and speed
Contribute to creative direction and brand development across projects
Website & UX Support
Create clean, responsive layouts for web and landing pages
Collaborate with developers and content leads to ensure seamless digital execution
Provide imagery, icons and optimised assets ready for web performance

Skills & Experience
3+ years in graphic design (agency or in-house)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience in Figma or Canva for digital layouts and collaboration
Understanding of motion design workflows (After Effects or similar preferred)
Strong file organisation and asset handover skills
Bonus: experience in web design, WordPress, or front-end collaboration
