* 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
As the Parts Interpreter, you are responsible for providing customer service to customers, maintaining and tracking inventory, and ordering supplies. The Parts Interpreter works with the Service Co-Ordinator to provide advice to customers about the equipment and parts available.
* Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work and parts required
* Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock takes
* Order parts in advance
* Source new suppliers
* Plan promotions on parts that are for sale
* Conduct research on parts required
* Provide customers with in-depth information about available aftermarket and genuine part options
* Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
* Process customer payments and provide quotes and receipts
* Assist in setting up the showroom floor for promotions and putting new models on display
* Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service center
* Ensure you promote, develop and extend Casali’s business interests and reputation through the provision of exceptional customer service
* Coordinate appointments and attend to client enquiries
* Develop a rapport with clients in order to build strong business relationships and networks
* Maintain clear lines of communication with all parties involved in the service process
* Effective scheduling and time management to ensure maximum efficiency of resources
* Appropriate maintenance of all paperwork, documents and records
