About The Role
Are you an experienced leader looking for your next challenge? Our Coles Distribution Centres play an important role moving quality products through our supply chain, to provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you're accountable for coaching and supporting a team of 25-30 team members to deliver the operational output required, always keeping safety and compliance front of mind.
This is an Afternoon Shift position working Tuesday to Saturday 4.45AM - 1.15PM. As our DC's operate 7 days a week flexiblity to work an alternate roster may be required at times.
