Keech Constructions, a respected family-owned company based in Central West NSW, is looking for experienced and motivated Concreters and Formworkers to join our growing team. We deliver concrete and earthworks projects across regional NSW, and are seeking candidates for upcoming projects.
FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) or DIDO (Drive-In-Drive-Out) arrangements may be available for the right applicants, depending on project location and roster.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for skilled Concreters/Formworkers who can:
- Interpret and work from construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Install and dismantle formwork systems
- Carry out steel fixing and reinforcement placement as required
- Pour, spread, screed, finish, and cure concrete to specification
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow site safety protocols and adhere to WHS requirements at all times
- Maintain clean and organised work areas and equipment
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and fellow crew members
- Report any hazards, incidents, or issues to the site supervisor promptly
- Assist in general site duties when required
- Travel to various sites across NSW as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in concreting and/or formwork (civil, commercial, or mining projects)
- Strong understanding of concrete materials, processes, and finishing techniques
- Competency with various formwork systems and concrete construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in varied site conditions
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence
- Ability and willingness to travel and work away from home if needed
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A; testing
- High-risk work licences (e.g. EWP, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights etc)
- Plant operating tickets (e.g. Skid Steer, Excavator etc)
- Heavy Vehicle Licence
