What You'll Bring to the Table:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to step up and run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
Experience with stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and efficient kitchen operations
Familiarity with restaurant software, POS, and compliance standards
A commitment to delivering outstanding meals and hitting sales goals
A love for engaging with the local community and making an impact
