Job Role
Our team seeks a Payroll and Service Specialist to deliver high-quality payroll processing and provide exceptional client support.
* The role involves processing allocated client payrolls in a timely and accurate manner, aiming for first-call resolution and accurately recording all relevant issues and activities in the Client Information System (CIS).
* The successful candidate will identify opportunities for business extension and escalate them to relevant departments as required, promoting adherence to statutory requirements and implementing the Payline product to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Process allocated client payrolls ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality payroll processing.
* Provide exceptional inbound telephone support aiming for first-call resolution and ensure all relevant issues and activities are accurately recorded in ADP's CIS.
* Identify opportunities for extension business and escalate them to relevant departments as required.
* Promote adherence to statutory requirements provide technical support and implement the Payline product to clients including General Ledger Leave Reworks and On-Line Term Pay Calculations.
* Achieve Payline and individual KPIs in line with department goals resolve client issues promptly and work flexible hours when required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Minimum 18 months call centre/helpdesk experience.
* Experience with MS Office Suite Word Excel Outlook etc.
* Payroll/customer service experience is highly regarded.
* Demonstrated effective communication commitment to delivering world-class service ability to work under pressure and excellent phone standards.
