Job Description
Preparation of procurement documentation and subsequent procurement activities, including Head Contractor and Managing Contractor Contract.
Preparation of Public Works Committee documentation.
Design Management and Coordination.
Extensive Stakeholder Consultation/Management.
Manage/lead multiple project commitments.
Lead, chair and minute client meetings / discussions.
Work with team lead to pursue business initiatives.
Commission Management (SPM roles).
Qualifications
A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience.
2 to 5+ years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting).
Baseline clearance is required.
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded.
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client.
