Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tea Tree Plaza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of up to 60 staff across multiple departments.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage a high-performing team, including overseeing the head chef and developing their skills and abilities.
* Rostering, on-shift management, and training to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
* Maintain accurate stock control and costs of goods, adhering to company standards and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in managing people, growing sales, managing costs, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven leadership capability, with a strong focus on customer service and team development.
* Qualifications in Hospitality (desirable, but not essential).
* A can-do attitude, with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently in challenging situations.
