We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time legal assistant to support one of our busy and reputable directors with the day to day running of their Wills and Estates practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance on all estate related matters including preparation of wills and estate planning documents, simple and complex estate administration, will disputes and contested estate family provision applications.
Duties will include:
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Diary management
* General day to day file management
* Drafting estate planning and estate administration documents and correspondence
* Witnessing wills and other estate planning documents
* Providing general secretarial and administrative support

* Previous experience working in a legal or professional office environment (preferred)
* Experience with LEAP and PEXA (preferred but not essential)
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
