We're on the lookout for a highly organiser, experienced Administration Professional to join our growing team in a fast-paced trades environment.

About the Role
You'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting the day-to-day running of the business and ensuring everything flows smoothly between our office, field team, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing job scheduling, workflow, and job tracking in Simpro
* Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
* Preparing quotes, invoices, and job documentation
* Coordinating technicians and ensuring efficient job allocation
* Maintaining accurate records and system data
* Supporting accounts/admin functions as required
About You
* Proven experience in an administration role within a trades or service-based business
* Strong working knowledge.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* A proactive, can-do attitude
