We are looking for an experienced and mature Electrical Site Foreman / Supervisor to lead our site crews and take ownership of day-to-day operations, progress, and site administration .
This role suits someone who has been around the traps — a calm, respected leader who can run the boys, keep teams motivated, and maintain standards, while ensuring works stay on programme and are properly reported.
This is a leadership role first. Tools-on work may be minimal and only as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and motivate electrical crews on site
* Plan and coordinate daily works to meet programme targets
* Track progress, labour, and productivity
* Complete daily reports and site documentation
* Liaise confidently with Project Managers, supervisors, and other trades
* Manage site issues calmly and professionally
* Ensure WHS compliance and site standards are upheld
* Support apprentices and less experienced trades
About You
* Significant experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Senior Leading Hand
* A natural leader who earns respect, not demands it
* Strong communication and people‑management skills
* Organised, reliable, and level‑headed under pressure
* Comfortable handling admin, reporting, and site coordination
* ABN or Casual Role
