Office Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
* This varied and valued role will be involved in the coordination of all aspects of office administration, reception, account management and extensive client/tenant liaison.
About the Job:
* Coordinate all aspects of office administration.
* Manage day-to-day activities and provide administrative support to the team.
* Handle enquiries from customers, tenants, owners & contractors.
* Prepare reports and correspondence.
* Process invoices, work orders and lease administration.
* Manage accounts payable and reconcile accounts.
About You:
* You will have strong customer service & communications skills.
* You will possess intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
* You will be proactive and positive.
* Prior experience in real estate or shopping centre administration would be advantageous.
