Relocation support will be provided.Your ImpactManage Ascenda’s existing portfolio of loyalty partners to contribute to incremental growth in revenue and engagementDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, scalability, and overall operational effectiveness.Act as a strategic advisor to the wider commercial team by providing insights and recommendations to influence product strategies and enterprise decisions effectively.Support the Partnerships Senior Director in exploring new business development partnership opportunities across the MEA regionAssist in the effective onboarding of new Partners into the Ascenda ecosystem by developing win-win commercials, negotiating contracts, facilitating launches, and designing new digital customer experiences & marketing campaigns catering to the marketSupport in the ideation, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channelsEnsure each partnership achieves business plan objectives, including revenue and cost forecastsMeasure and analyze the performance of Ascenda’s partnerships and marketing campaigns, develop insights and advise clients on options to improve performanceParticipate in business reviews with the Partnerships Senior Director and senior management teams both internally and externallyEstablish account plans, financial forecast and operating plan to support the programWho You Are6+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, account management and/or marketing.Experience within fintech / airline / hotel / loyalty is a big plusExcellent communications skills to manage both external and internal stakeholders, including presentations to senior management and C-levelStrong client and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential leadership style that drives high performance, fosters innovation and engenders a positive team culturePeople management skills, the ability to lead and manage a strong teamStrong marketing and analytical skills to lead teams in developing and executing joint campaigns with partnersCommercial, marketing, technical and analytical acumenAbility to navigate and work fluidly within a fast-paced and changing work environment is a mustFrequent travel to meet partners and prospects face-to-faceStrong alignment with Ascenda’s core values of growth mindset, hands-on ownership, supportive collaboration, and radical simplicity.Why Join Ascenda?Ascenda offers the unique opportunity to lead in LaaS, shaping the future of rewards programs.
