Museum Customer Service Officer (Part Time)Job No : CN4259Location : NewcastleProvide exceptional customer service at Newcastle MuseumPermanent Part Time - 21 hours per weekDon't just work for the City, co-create it!City of Newcastle (CN) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Service Officer to join our team at Newcastle Museum in this permanent part time role working 21 hours per week Thursday to Saturday.As Museum Customer Service Officer, you will provide an exceptional customer service experience as the first point of contact for visitors, delivering quality interactions and advice across a variety of channels whilst always projecting a positive image of Newcastle Museum with a welcoming manner.The Museum Customer Service Officer undertakes all duties and responsibilities associated with being a shift supervisor, for example opening up, locking up, cash management and reconciliation of the POS, plus supervision and direction of casual team members on shift.
