Business Operations Assistant Role
Job Description:
A dedicated Business Support Officer is needed to assist senior management and team leaders in gathering and analysing data, generating reports, liaising with corporate services, attending meetings, and delivering staff training.
The successful candidate will establish and maintain a business support infrastructure necessary to meet the organisational objectives and targets.
* Develop systems and processes to monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Analyse reports and extract data from various sources
* Liaise with Corporate/Support Services to obtain performance data
Key responsibilities include:
* Request and manage activity reports for Senior Managers and Team Leaders
* Support operational framework for consistent service delivery across teams
* Provide monthly updates to Senior Managers and Team Leaders
This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and autonomy in providing business support to managers and leads in data analysis for KPIs.
