Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and guide individuals through sudden changes to reach new career goals
Build relationships with health professionals, insurers, employers, and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop programs to assist injured employees
Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured workers and educate employers on health benefits
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Masters degree – 5th year completed), or Social Work
AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW registration
Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
