About the Role:

* This is a key role in supporting our research team, assisting with patient phlebotomy, biospecimen collection and lab operations.

* You will be working onsite at Nepean Hospital as part of the Nepean Biobank team, providing support to researchers and clinicians.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Collecting, processing and storing biospecimens from patients.
">
* Gathering and entering clinical data and health-related information into databases.
">
* Performing laboratory and administrative duties that support research activities.
">
* Assisting with biobanking cohorts across various disease types.
">

What You Need To Succeed:
">
">
* Tertiary qualification in biological or medical science or equivalent experience.
">
* Experience in handling and processing biological samples in a laboratory setting.
">
* Ability to learn phlebotomy techniques and procedures.
">
* Familiarity with good clinical practice and biobanking techniques.
">
* Strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate fluently with patients and healthcare teams.
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
