Experienced Kitchen Hand
We're seeking a hardworking and motivated Experienced Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic kitchen team.
This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and hygienically.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
Dispose of rubbish and recycling in accordance with health and safety standards.
Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with general tasks as required.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen hand or in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude.
