Facilities Manager – Major Warehouse Renovations
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a major warehouse renovation project in Canning Vale. This is a 12–18 month contract role offering the chance to deliver a large-scale transformation while maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.
As the on-site facilities lead, you will coordinate contractors, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure the project is delivered safely on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all facilities-related activities and safety meetings for the renovation project
- Coordinate contractors, operations teams, and building services for smooth execution
- Maintain safety, compliance, and operational continuity throughout the project
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates clearly to all stakeholders
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven facilities management experience in warehouses, industrial, or large-scale renovation projects
- Strong operational and safety background with disciplined, hands-on approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Competent in EVOTIX, LINKSAFE, MS Suite, and core operational systems
- White Card (Construction Induction) mandatory
- Ability to commit for the full contract period
