The Newmarket Hotel is looking for energetic and reliable Food and Beverage Attendants to join our busy team! To be successful in this role, you must be 18 or older, hold a current RSA and have excellent availability to work a flexible roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume bistro‐style pub will be a huge bonus, but a positive attitude and a passion for great customer service are what matter most. A day in the life of an F&B Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky‐high and the experience is one to remember.
* Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
* You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
* You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
