We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day practice operations, ensuring excellent client care, leading a team of multifaceted practitioners, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to organisational leadership by being a solution-focused leader

* Ensure data integrity and information availability to clients

* Develop a supportive and safe working environment

* Lead and oversee recruitment and establishment of new staff
\
* Provide person-centred supervision and leadership to the clinical team
\
* Implement organisational monitoring, evaluation, and accountability governance

Requirements
\
To be successful in this role, you will require:
\
\
* Bachelor's degree in social work, counselling, psychology, or a related field
\
* Recent clinical history in domestic violence practice with solid understanding of DV crisis response requirements
\
* Proven experience in healthcare administration or operations management
\
* Superior leadership, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
\
* Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
\
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
\
* Proven capacity to represent the organisation in public forums
\
* Ability to interpret and understand multiple levels of legislative documents
\
* Capacity to manage stressful work environments and maintain confidentiality
\
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
\
* Current driver's licence and Working with Children Check (Qld)
