Key Job Responsibilities
The Model Server plays a vital role in providing exceptional guest service at the lounge, promoting the brand, and ensuring a memorable experience for all clientele.
This position requires a mix of sales ability, positive attitude, and image to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
* Sales Ability: The Model Server must be able to effectively sell signature drinks and specials as selected by management.
* Positive Attitude: A positive attitude is essential for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Image: The Model Server must enhance the company's objective of providing an entertaining environment through appearance.
Essential Job Functions
* The Model Server exhibits conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
* Takes guest orders, serves drinks, and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Markets and promotes the lounge and services offered to a targeted guest base.
* Develops promotional ideas for increasing business levels.
* Models designer apparel and accessories.
* Interacts and entertains guests in a cordial and gracious manner.
* Maintains quality service standards with all guests.
* Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention.
* Assists the department head with the training/mentoring of new team members.
* Follows proper check settlement control procedures.
* Might participate in a professional photo shoot.
* Acts as a role model to all employees.
* Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and alcohol service.
* Meets the attendance requirements of the position.
* Performs other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
* A High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in beverage/cocktail service are required.
* Previous experience working in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue is highly preferred.
* Current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience within the last five (5) years is required.
* The Model Server must demonstrate the ability to wear specifically designed clothing/uniform and costumes as needed.
* If hired in a 24 hour outlet position, the Model Server must be available to work all shifts.
Work Environment
* The Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
* The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy.
* The Model Server must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
