Our team provide high-quality aged care and independent living choices, responding to changing community needs with innovative services and support. Princes Court has three business units, Princes Court Homes, a 100-bed facility in a residential setting, Princes Court Village, with 55 secure, independent retirement units, and Princes Court At Home, providing quality homecare services.

Your Next Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for an Finance and Administration Officer to join our Princes Court team.

You will be part of a dynamic care team that is influencing change in quality of aged care, fostering a positive culture and team approach to service delivery and contribution to the well-being of all residents whilst ensuring that all residents experience the Princes Court resident-centred care approach that promotes living life to the end.

The role is a vital role in providing transactional finance and administration services to the business and supporting members of the Finance and Administration team.

Responsibilities:

* Processing Accounts payable and supplier management, including payment of PAYG
* Assisting with reception / front of office
* Assist with accounts receivable role as required, including invoicing, receipting, banking of monies and bank reconciliations
* Home Care program duties including invoicing, claiming funding and reconciliation
* Assistance with monthly Business Activity Statements
* Relieving payroll officer duties for leave coverage
