The Role
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the office and project teams
- Maintain office supplies, meeting rooms, and assist with smooth daily operations
- Help coordinate internal events, staff functions, and team activities

- Professional communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
