As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be the face of our luxury brand, fostering memorable experiences for guests seeking a richer perspective on the world.

Your responsibilities will include:
Guest Experience
* Ensure that your team delivers exceptional service, meeting InterContinental Brand Standards
* Provide personalized attention to all guests, taking the time to engage with them
* Recognize and reward valued guests, such as IHG One Reward members and InterContinental Ambassadors
* Respond to guest complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction
People Management
* Manage daily staffing and foresee staffing needs, plan, and assign work effectively
* Train team members on systems, service, and quality standards
* Provide regular feedback to improve team member performance
* Be a role model and demonstrate a positive approach to team spirit through team support and communication
Financial Acumen
* Maintain cost-conscious practices and adapt to business needs
* Ensure accurate financial transactions and use of correct procedures
* Report daily transactions and perform audit balances
Responsible Business Practices
* Verify guest billing instructions and credit for compliance with hotel credit policy
* Cooperate in workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
* Participate in investigations of workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions
Requirements

We require:
What we need from you
* Experience: 2+ years in front desk or guest service, and 1+ year in supervisory or team leader positions
* Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management or Business Administration
* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
* Fluency in English, with additional language skills desirable
* Flexibility, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts
* Compliance with minimum age requirements and physical demands (up to 23kgs)
* Literacy and basic computer skills
