**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
With your exceptional ability to develop and drive stock accuracy and integrity. You will be instrumental in:
- Drives optimum team management and people development
- Communicates and motivates the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison and their collective and individual implication
- Management of performance analysis, review of competencies and environment and defines dynamic annual action plans to achieve Maison, boutique and category sales targets
- Supervises the boutique back office and administration
- Leads the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions
