Key Responsibilities
* Previous experience in a F&B role working in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
* Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
* Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
* Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
* Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
* Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
