The large team is looking to hire a new junior candidate that is enthusiastic and willing to work hard and be a committed member of their team.The role is full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday with a rotating roster (ranging shifts from morning to afternoons or afternoons to evenings). Additional overtime hours may be applicable for an occasional half shift on Saturday .HOW DOES THE TRAINEESHIP WORK?The traineeship duration is for 12-months. During this 12-months, you will work full-time, be trained in the role at reception and eventually undertake a training day that will provide you a certificate to be authorised to provide swimming training to young children. You will be supervised and mentored to become competent in both areas of the position and each week have 3-hours paid study time to work toward completing your studies in a Certificate III in Business.
