About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical care and support services for residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
* Provide and monitor the care of residents
* Use a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
* Develop appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve resident outcomes
* Participate in the development of a supportive environment with the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
* Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA
* Valid working rights in Australia
* NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
