Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of receivables, ensuring strong customer relationships and compliance with company processes.Job DescriptionEnd-to-end management of customer accounts and receivables.Raising invoices and issuing statements in a timely manner.Monitoring overdue accounts and following up outstanding debts.Allocating and receipting payments accurately.Managing customer queries and resolving disputes.Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations.Supporting the wider finance team as required.The Successful ApplicantPrevious experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Officer role.Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.Intermediate MS Excel skills and exposure to large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, D365) highly regarded.
