Citiclub Hotel Trading as Ninth Grange PTY LTD, located in heart of Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Annual Salary**:$65,000 to $75,000
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to guests 
- Managing and supervising hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance management 
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations 
- Managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting hotel revenues 
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers 
- Implementing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue 
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner 
- Maintaining and monitoring hotel facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition 
- Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant area of study 
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Hotel Manager or equivalent role 
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills 
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively 
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills 
- Robust financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis 
- Proficient in using hotel management software (Especially RMS) and systems 
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
