About The Role
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded
Head of Marketing - Direct to Customer
to lead our direct-to-consumer growth journey.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering an end-to-end marketing strategy that drives brand growth, customer acquisition, and long-term loyalty. You'll own brand strategy, campaign execution, budget management, and performance optimisation - while building impactful brand collaborations that expand reach, relevance, and cultural influence.
Reporting directly to the Founder, this role plays a critical part in shaping the future of the brand and delivering meaningful, profitable growth. The role is full time and hybrid working in the HQ in Mornington.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
* Define and execute the DTC marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives
* Own brand positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy
* Build and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans, including always-on activity and major launches
* Develop an innovation pipeline to support future growth
* Lead market, customer, and competitor research to inform strategic decisions
Campaigns & Execution
* Design, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Ensure consistent, compelling brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints
* Own and champion the marketing calendar, ensuring clear prioritisation and on-time delivery
* Project manage campaign and launch timelines to ensure flawless execution
* Brand & Strategic Collaborations
* Identify, develop, and execute strategic brand collaborations aligned to brand values and growth goals
* Evaluate partnership opportunities for reach, relevance, and commercial impact
* Lead collaboration planning, execution, and performance measurement
* Leverage partnerships to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand credibility
Budget & Performance Management
* Own and optimise marketing budgets across channels and campaigns
* Forecast performance, manage spend, and ensure strong ROI
* Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance and insights
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team
* Partner closely with internal stakeholders across the business
* Act as a proactive member of the senior leadership team, reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities
Reporting & Optimisation
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting
* Continuously optimise campaigns, channels, and spend
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and speed to market
