Air Liquide Healthcare Australia specialises in respiratory diseases and is known for sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. We are currently looking for a CPAP Therapy Consultant/Home Care Technician to join our team at the Albury clinic. In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer care and supporting patients reach their health outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients.
* Collaborate closely with physicians to develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
* Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, set‐up and ongoing service requirements.
* Provide follow‐up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients.
* Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures and available treatment options.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
* Promote and upsell our product range and services.
* Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.
* Set up and deliver Home Oxygen to patients in their homes and aged‐care facilities.
* Perform administrative tasks, including stock management.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail, healthcare or sales environments is highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction.
* Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience and confidence operating a commercial vehicle safely.
* Safe driving technique and knowledge of Albury and surrounding areas.
* Physical ability to comfortably move cylinders and medical equipment ranging from 4 to 20 kg, using a trolley where necessary.
* COVID‐19 vaccination certificate.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.
* Flexibility with rostering, including on‐call duties.
