You'll be the organisational anchor of this Interior Design practice— ensuring that projects, people, and processes all move seamlessly.
From managing invoicing and ordering to overseeing project schedules, budgets, and client communication — you'll keep our creative vision supported by strong, reliable systems.
You'll also manage the studio calendar, coordinate client meetings, track project deliverables, and represent the business with poise and professionalism.

• Proven experience managing operations, finance, or business administration in a design, construction, or luxury service environment.
• A love for detail - in numbers, systems, and client experience.
• High proficiency with invoicing, ordering, and supplier management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Initiative, discretion, and a natural ability to stay organised under pressure.
