About the Role
Reporting into the People & Culture Director, you will provide generalist support across the full employee lifecycle. You will assist stakeholders with queries regarding P&C policies and procedures, offering advice when required. You will work closely with the other members of the P&C team, as well as the wider workforce, to ensure smooth running operations within the school. This is an ongoing temporary contract, based fully on-site in Kew.
Duties
As the P&C Advisor, your duties will include:
* Employee Relations - providing support throughout ER cases, following correct policies and procedures, and assisting with restructures taking place within departments.
* Responding to P&C queries and giving advice to stakeholders regarding legislature, policies, procedures and frameworks.
* Rolling out P&C initiatives and projects.
* Supporting Talent Acquisition with recruitment processes.
* P&C reporting.
* Appraisals and performance management.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate, you will have:
* A qualification in Human Resource Management or similar.
* Experience working in a P&C function as a generalist.
* Experience managing ER cases.
* Excellent negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
* Have full working rights in Australia.
