Castlemaine Toyota & Castlemaine Mitsubishi is on the lookout for a Sales Consultant to join our New and Used sales team.
About the role:
· Provide our customers with outstanding customer service by understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.
· Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of BCM TOY Pty Ltd's vehicle inventory, features and specifications to assist customers effectively.
· Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers.
· Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly KPI's, sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
· Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals.
· Maintain accurate customer records in our data base and ensure all necessary documentation is completed efficiently first time.
· Stay up to date with any industry trends, product knowledge and competitor movements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gain loyalty and generate repeat business.
About you:
· Previous experience in automotive sales role is preferred but not essential.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or KPI's.
· Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
· A valid driver's licence.
· Flexibility to work a 5-day week which includes alternating Saturdays as part of the roster and No Sundays or Public Holidays.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
