Position: Batch Cook
We are seeking a high-performing Batch Cook to join our production team at our Currumbin location. Ideal candidates will be physically fit, team-oriented, and reliable in attendance.
All candidates must be self-motivated, have reliable transport, and be willing to work overtime with penalty rates available.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to specifications.
Following instructions and recipes accurately.
Adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Operating machinery (experience in industrial kitchen machinery is highly regarded).
Performing ad-hoc tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and follow written instructions and recipes.
Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices.
Ability to work in humid environments.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Physical capability to perform the job.
Experience in food production, industrial kitchens, or retail food (e.g., Chef, Cook, or experience with brands like KFC, McDonald's, Hungry Jack's) is preferred.
Own reliable transport.
