Job Description:
Our organization seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team. This is a part-time Assistant Educator role at a local childcare center. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences for primary school-aged children in a safe and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children and families, as well as energy and enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic team. A strong commitment to maintaining a child-safe culture is essential, along with the ability to foster diverse and inclusive learning environments.

Requirements:
1. A genuine passion for working with children and families
2. Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team
3. Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework (or a willingness to learn)
4. The ability to foster diverse, inclusive learning environments
5. Dedication to best practices for health, safety, and wellbeing
6. A strong commitment to maintaining a child-safe culture
7. Experience working with or volunteering in child-focused environments
8. Knowledge of educational frameworks (highly regarded but not essential)
9. A current WWCC (NSW) (or willingness to obtain one)
