We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Planner/Scheduler to join our team on APLNG. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver executable short-term maintenance schedules.
* Plan and prepare preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate resources and equipment.
* Maintain and update SAP CMMS Master Data and maintenance work instructions.
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proficiency in SAP – this is essential for success in the position.
* Trade certification in a mechanical discipline.
* Minimum 5 years' exposure in maintenance within Oil & Gas or related industries.
* Strong planning and scheduling experience, including work packaging.
* Ability to read technical drawings and use Microsoft Office tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
