This role would be suitable for someone who is organised, proactive, and highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no one day is the same. Your prior experience in a supportive sales role or background in property management will ensure you step in this role with ease.
The Role
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office
* Managing emails, phone enquiries, and client communications
* Coordinating with our off-shore administration team
* Preparing and managing contracts, documents, and sales administration
* Coordinating property marketing campaigns and company branding initiatives
* Assisting with home opens when required
* Scheduling appointments, inspections, and home opens
* Conducting final inspections and coordinating maintenance follow-ups
Must Have
* Previous real estate experience (Sales or Property Management) is highly regarded
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong technology skills and confidence learning new systems
* Ability to follow processes and systems
* Outstanding organisation and time management skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
* Professional presentation and high ethical standards
