Our Claims Consulting team is expanding into Queensland and we are seeking expressions of interests for Case Managers who are based in QLD (ideally Brisbane or the Gold Coast).
We are hiring for 2 positions with an expected commencement of 1st June 2026:
* Senior Case Manager:
o Minimum 5 years case management experience
o Self-insurance experience desired but not essential
o Strong understanding of all case management practices from lodgement to closure, including calculation of weekly benefits, settlements and disputes
o Permanent part-time role, 4 days/week
o Room for progression into technical specialist and/or managerial roles
* Case Manager:
o 2-3 years case management experience
o Self-insurance experience desired but not essential
o Intermediate knowledge of all case management practices
o Open to candidates seeking either a full time or part time position
This is a great opportunity to build on your skills within Queensland Workers Compensation, whilst working closely with the client as well as our extended consulting team in NSW. We offer flexibility with hours however these roles will be a mix of working onsite at the client office, Procare Group offices (Hamilton or Robina) and work from home.
Day to day you will be:
* Providing quality and timely case management services within a fast-paced environment
* Assisting the client to meet their obligations as required under Workers Compensation legislation and self insurer audit tool
* Liaising with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
