About the Opportunity We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Library Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working 32 hours per week. In this role, you will support the community's use of library resources, technology and programs, while helping maintain welcoming, well-presented library spaces. The position offers exposure across branches, outreach activities, and events, with flexibility to work rostered shifts including evenings and Saturdays. You’ll need a Certificate III in Library and Information Services, Customer Engagement, Business Administration or a related field, along with public library experience and a valid Working with Children Check. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, accountability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
