Operations Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing email communications, tracking action lists, and maintaining accurate time sheets.

Job Requirements
* Possess efficient and commercially-minded traits with strong written communication and logical thinking
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as experience with time tracking and task management
* Familiarity with productivity-enhancing AI tools and availability of at least 30 hours per week
* Maintain accountability and pride in delivering high-quality work
